When do we ship your item?
Your item is a priority to us! Once your order is placed, depending on time of day, and nature of the order,
we generally ship same day or next. Our Canadian postal outlets do not move parcels on Holidays and weekends.
 

Large Heavy Items that require brokerage and custom documents, please allow 4 business days to prepare shipment.
 

What carriers do we use?
General Parcels: We prefer to use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Fedex  Freight Shipping: Day and Ross Trucking

Canada, United States, U.K., Europe, and other countries. Please inquiry about your location.

Do we provide tracking?
Generally YES, we provide tracking numbers, however depending on services requested and location, sometimes the shipping carrier cannot provide tracking.
